I’m thrilled to be hosting an inaugural Fong Lim FANFARE Festival to celebrate band music!
From July 4 to 6 we’ll be putting on three great amazing events:
- ‘Swing Swing, Swing!’ – a Fourth of July Dinner Dance at the beautiful Dinah Beach Cruising Yacht Association
- ‘Jazz at the House’ – a big band concert at Government House recognising Darwin’s many community musical volunteers, and
- ‘Dave Theak’s Jazz Jamboree’ – a school holidays masterclass at Haileybury Rendall School to inspire our young musicians!

We’re starting small but mighty in 2025 and fingers-crossed going to expand the event over the next few years!
